This children’s audio book with read-along pdf and illustrations is produced by Playtime Books.  Playtime Books is a family run business.  The author and narrator of most of  the books is Ann Twigg.  Ann has three sisters, three children and six grandchildren and has spent most of her life working and playing with youngsters.  During the tough post-war years, she was responsible for helping to raise her two younger sisters.  She married in 1964, worked as a Sunday School teacher and, by 1966, was raising two young children.  Ann has always had a mischievous sense of humour and a real talent for tuning into  kids at their level.

Playtime Books states their mission as producing  the world’s very best audio book stories for young children between 3 and 8 years of age.   They will be writing and recording new stories, creating new German-language versions for their bilingual collection and producing wonderful illustrations to make their CDs the best illustrated in the in the world.
